We Work With You
Depending on your legal matter, we may offer different pricing structures including traditional hourly rates, flat fees, and monthly subscriptions rates. We also provide flexible arrangements to work within your legal budget, while offering effective and cost-effective legal solutions. Whether you have a single project or need continuous legal services, we can customize a plan to meet your budget. We pride ourselves in being forthright with the costs of services, and offer estimates in certain matters so that you are not surprised with added extra costs down the road.
For those businesses who have continuous legal matters, but cannot afford to bring in a full-time in-house attorney, inquire about SLP's monthly subscription plans. For a flat monthly rate, you receive legal services in connection with contracts, employment/labor, corporate governance and other transactional matters. Hourly Billing
Matters may be billed on an hourly basis. Hourly billing is usually applied to projects that require an unpredictable scope of work, including legal research, contract negotiations with a third party, legal research and contract review.
Flat Fee
We accommodate our clients with flat fee rates when possible. Flat fee rates may apply to business formations (LLC/corporation), limited scope projects and certain registrations including trademark and copyrights. Inquire about our flat fee pricing during our initial consultation.
Monthly Subscription
A monthly subscription package is best for clients with continuous legal matters. We are able to serve as outside legal counsel on an ongoing basis for businesses (based on the number of hours you need devoted to your legal matters in any given month) who prefer to not hire a full-time. in-house attorney.
